Chalese Hafen, is a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technician for the ET-AL at Utah State University. She earned a degree in Wildlife Science from Utah State in 2014. As a student she worked as seasonal technician for one summer at Camp Williams, UT monitoring the effects of goat grazing to create fire breaks and military equipment on various habitat types, then for 3 summers for the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources (UDWR) monitoring big game habitat throughout Utah. After she graduated she worked for the UDWR on the Great Salt Lake Ecosystem Program where she monitored brine shrimp, shore bird and water fowl populations.
