Exciting new RBT & GCD Developments - Updates From Philip

Just to keep folks that are interested in the loop,  here are the latest plans for RBT & GCD from Philip:
CHaMP RBT

• New Back-End Architecture

• Final tweaks in the next two weeks and then release at the end of July.
• Note that the 2013 CHaMP RBT does now produce a GCD project when change detection is performed!Desktop RBT
• As well as the new core architecture, this will also have the new GIS data browse controls that ensure the user is browsing for input and output data in a consistent and robust manner. Here's another video explaining this concept.

• Release to Jim McKean and US at the end of July.
• Automated habitat mapping features coded and released to USFS and USU by middle of October. (We need Sara's summary of what geoprocessing steps are required ASAP.)

GCD

• Release the following at the end of August
• new Desktop GCD for ArcGIS 10.1
• Orthogonality fixed and consistent
• New GCD project structure
• New Survey Library forms
• New Change Detection forms
• Class summary for Budget segregation
• Prototype (i.e. very simple) "GCD analysis report"
• Final tweaks to the reservoir tools
• Release at the end of October
• Command line GCD analysis (i.e. non ArcGIS. XML inputs drive a pure C++ executable version of the GCD. change detection & budget segregation).
• FIS accessible directly via C++
• (i.e. the TopCAT architecture, but for the GCD)
