1. In the ArcCatalog TOC, go to GIS Servers, expand it, and double-click Add ArcGIS Server.
2. A wizard asks if you want to Use ArcGis services. Click it. Then click Next.
3. Enter the following URL into the Server URL: http://gis.apfo.usda.gov/arcgis/services/
No password or user name is needed. Click Finish
4. Navigate to the NAIP folder.

CONNECTING TO THE AGRC IMAGE SERVER:
Click on the Commands tab.
In the Categories section, scroll down until you find Image Server, and click on it
- Add the Image Server icon to your toolbar:

2. Under the Commands section, place your cursor over Add Image Server Connection, and Click-and-hold the left mouse button.
3. Drag the command into a convenient location in your toolbar. A useful location is next to the Add Data icon
4. Click on the Add Image Server icon.
5. In the Add Image Server Connection dialog box, in the section at the top labeled Server Name, highlight the current server number (if one is present).
6. Type in the following: image.agrc.utah.gov and click on Get Services.

7. Double click on any of the folders to navigate through the available imagery.
